For your better understanding we will provide a description for selected terms used on this website:

  • Customer Literature:  A handout that Simlystore provides with every purchased SIM card containing detailed instructions on how to setup your phone for use.
  • GSM: Global system for mobile communication. Make sure your phone is  multiband GSM compatible. GSM in Europe and Asia (except Japan and South Korea) operates in the 900MHz and 850MHz bands. GSM in the US uses the 1.9GHz and 850MHz bands. Your phone will need to support these bands.
  • Roaming: The service we provide that allows you to use your phone in foreign cuntries on other operators networks.
  • SIM card: A small plastic card with a chip on it, which contains your personal telephone number and allows you to connect to an operators network.

  • Product: The products sold by simlystore.com
  • You: You the customer or anyone using our products.


Device Requirements

Before you purchase a product from simlystore.com you have to make sure that it is compatible with your device. Your device needs to be SIM lock-free and network-compatible with the network in the country you wish to travel to. We highly recommend the use of a multiband-devices. For more infortmation check the definition of GSM. Simlystore will not provide a refund or replacement product because your device is GSM incompatible with the region you travel to.



We offer SIM cards for many countries. We only work with the best network providers. Nevertheless the network coverage is not 100% in every country. There are remote areas where you device may be unable to connect to the network. It is your responsibility to check the coverage at the destination of your travels before you make your purchase. We will not refund you purchase because you travelled to a location without coverage.


Provision of Services

Our products let you access telecommunication networks around the world which are provided by third parties which are not associated with simlystore.com. Please keep in mind that even though we have taken all the precautions to provide you with an uninterupted network, there are outside factors beyond our control, that can limit your network access. The quality of your connection to these telecommunication networks can be obscured by atmospheric conditions, physical obstructions or radio interference. Services might also be down for maintenance so your connection quality might not always be the best. We therefore cannot guarantee constant good quality service. We are not liable for any cost resulting from interrupted network service.



All the prices on Simlystore.com include all taxes and charges that may be relevant. Even though we try to keep our charges and rates constant. We reserve the right to change them without notice. It is your responsibility to check for any price changes.



We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. Should you chose the option bank transfer for your order, we will provide you with our bank details during checkout. You then have 5 days to transfer the funds to our account. Your order will be cleared for shipping once the funds have arrived on our paypal or bank account.



Simlystore delivers worldwide. We offer free shipping within the EU. Outside the EU shipping costs may vary, depending on your location. After you have placed you order we will confirm it via Email. If your product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 days after we have received your payment. Should your order be only partially in stock then we are entitled to make a partial delivery. We will complete the order as soon as the item is back in stock. Once your product has been dispatched you will be notified via Email. Delivery time is 1-2 days within Germany and 3-5 days to other EU countries. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract should the product be not available. We will offer you a comparable product or the option to return your money. SimlyStore.com will try everything to deliver the product to your location. If the product has not arrived after 3 delivery attempts we will reimburse your payment.


Damaged Goods

If your product has been damaged during shipping, please leave it in the packaging . If you want your demaged product replaced, please contact us as soon as possible at service@SimlyStore.com. Failing to contact us doesn‘t limit your warranty but facilitates our claims against the carrier.



You may return an unused product within 14 days after the receipt of the item. This does not apply if the product has been taken from its packaging, has been damaged or already been activated. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are returned damaged and which are unable to be resold at the purchased price. For orders under 40 Euro the return shipping cost is on you. Above 40 Euros we will handle it.


Limitation Of Liability

Even though we are taking great care to ensure that our website, customer literature and products are flawless, errors may occur.

By ordering our products you acknowledge that simlystore.com is not liable for:

(a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information

(b) problems related to any of the equipment utilized by the customer

(c) any human error or printing error

(d) any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission

(e) problems relating to access the simlystore.com website

(f) any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.

(g) loss of profits, business and revenue that might arise from the unaccesability of the network.

To the extent premitted by the law, you agree to release and hold harmless, SimlyStore.com and its current and former officers, agents and employees against and from all expenses, costs, liablities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgements and losses of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damages of injury, including personal injury or death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your purchase and/or use of SimlyStore.com products or services or website.

In the event that this clause is unenforcable or inapplicable, you agree that simlystore.com aggregate liability will not exceed any sums paid by the customer for the purchase of our products.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.



Any dispute arising from these terms will be governed by german law.
